Ukrposhta, the national postal service operator of Ukraine, announces the introduction of new standard operating hours for its offices starting July 1. This was reported by the company's press service.
It is noted that in 2019, the standardization of branch operating hours began, taking into account the needs of consumers. However, as a result of the full-scale invasion, the company was forced to change and reduce the working hours of its branches.
"In order to provide clear and predictable work schedules, Ukrposhta offers its customers new standardized office hours. Starting from July 1, most post offices will work as long as possible and will be open even on weekends," the company said.
In particular, branches located in shopping centers and markets will operate according to the schedule of a particular shopping center or market.
In addition, Ukrposhta is gradually revising the working hours of rural post offices. Previously, they operated only 2-3 days a week, but now the doors of these offices will be open to customers 5 days a week.
Thus, the company urges its customers to check the updated work schedules before visiting the offices to be aware of the current working hours.
This decision of Ukrposhta is aimed at improving the quality of customer service and providing more comfortable conditions for their communication with postal services.
