Who is paid the most in the Ukrainian labor market

The labor market in Ukraine has undergone changes due to the full-scale war, which has resulted in salary cuts or job losses for many Ukrainians. However, there are industries where salaries remain high even today. The HR portal Work.ua provides data showing that there are many jobs with high incomes on the Ukrainian labor market, not only in the IT sector.

Among ordinary workers in various industries, salaries can reach up to UAH 55,000 per month.

Some specialties offer even higher salaries. In particular, this applies to:

development managers and auto electricians - salaries of up to UAH 28,000;
couriers with a car - salary up to UAH 29,000;
diesel engineers, car mechanics, furniture technologists, regional managers - salaries of up to UAH 30,000;
Sales coordinators - salary up to UAH 31,000;
3D visualizers - salary up to UAH 31,500;
realtors, adjusters - salary up to UAH 32,500;
business analysts - salary up to UAH 34,000;
supermarket managers, endodontists - salary up to UAH 35,000;
international drivers - salary up to UAH 40,000;
media buyers - up to UAH 55,000.

In addition to being more educated about salaries, the researchers also talked about the industries where the minimum wage is the lowest. Today, the lowest salaries are paid to:

cleaners
nurses
concierges
receptionists
dishwashers.

The Ukrainian labor market continues to have industries where salaries remain attractive even in difficult times, but it is important to note that salary rates may vary depending on the region, experience level and qualifications of the employee.
