Ukraine, as one of the world's largest grain exporters, is facing new challenges in the international market. On July 24, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting on the issue of exports of agricultural products, especially grain. This meeting became relevant due to the intention of Poland and Slovakia to extend restrictions on grain supplies from Ukraine after September 15.

President Zelenskyy emphasized the importance of cooperation with the European Commission to secure mutually beneficial agreements and promote the development of Ukraine's agricultural sector. At the same time, he emphasized the country's readiness to meet any possible scenario. In order to ensure national interests, Kyiv is actively maintaining contacts with all stakeholders and trying to find an optimal solution that will satisfy all participants in the process.

The Ukrainian president emphasized the inadmissibility of any attempts to restrict grain exports after September 15, when the current restrictions expire. Grain supplies are one of the key sources of income for the country and play an important role in international agricultural markets. Zelenskyy emphasized that Ukraine is ready to protect its interests and ensure stability in the global grain market.

Grain exports from Ukraine are of strategic importance for many countries that receive these products. Zelenskyy noted that Ukraine always fulfills its obligations to its partners and is ready to maintain stable grain supplies to the international market. The President emphasized that the development of agriculture and the agricultural sector remains one of the priority goals for Ukraine, and the authorities are actively working to stimulate the development of agribusiness.

Ukraine has significant potential for further expansion of grain exports, which will help the country increase its presence on global markets and attract new investments in the agricultural sector. However, the current challenges and the intentions of some countries to limit grain imports from Ukraine require a balanced and carefully considered strategy from Kyiv.

As a result, Ukraine's grain exports remain a topical issue for the country and the international community. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated that Kyiv is ready for any development and is actively seeking a compromise with other countries to ensure mutually beneficial agreements in the field of agricultural exports. Grain exports are an important element of Ukraine's economy, and the government is focused on supporting the agricultural sector and stimulating its development, contributing to the country's stability and prosperity.
