Ukraine's export business is taking off thanks to an agreement between Ukraine and Croatia to use Croatian ports to transport Ukrainian grain. This follows the withdrawal of the Russian Federation from the Black Sea Grain Initiative, which has complicated the export process. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine announced this important achievement.

On July 31, during an official visit to Ukraine, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Croatia, Gordon Girlić-Radman, held talks with the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Dmytro Kuleba. As a result of diplomatic efforts, the politicians reached an agreement to use Croatian ports on the Danube River and the Adriatic Sea to transport Ukrainian grain. Currently, work is underway to develop efficient routes to these ports, which will facilitate convenient and fast trade.

Dmytro Kuleba emphasized the importance of every effort to unblock exports and increase food security in the world. He thanked Croatia for its constructive assistance, which will ensure a stable and reliable flow of Ukrainian grain to world markets. This agreement will be an important step in strengthening economic ties between Ukraine and Croatia.

It should be recalled that on July 19, Croatia offered its railway infrastructure and ports in the Adriatic Sea for the transportation of Ukrainian grain. This step reflects the active support and friendly relations between the two countries and will help diversify export routes for Ukraine.

Exports of Ukrainian grain are of strategic importance for the country, as agriculture is one of the main sectors of the national economy. The involvement of new transportation routes and partners will help increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian grain on the global market and ensure stable income for farmers.

Overall, cooperation with Croatia will become an important tool for Ukraine in its search for new opportunities in the international arena. Expanding grain exports through Croatian ports will show Ukraine's potential as a key player in global agricultural markets. Last but not least, it will strengthen friendly relations between the two countries and contribute to the development of a stable and prosperous region.
