Construction of the Volia Agri-Food Park Vinnytsia has begun

The construction of the Volia Agri-Food Park Vinnytsia has begun in Vinnytsia, on the basis of an industrial complex. The announcement was made on August 21 via an official statement by the press service of Vinnytsia City Council.

Volia Agri-Food Park Vinnytsia will specialize in the production of food products, the provision of specialized services, and research and development in the agri-food industry.

Project investors believe that the industrial park will become "the core of the future ecosystem of the Volia food valley in Ukraine."

"We are creating a high-tech, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly infrastructure here for the efficient operation of food companies, reducing their operating costs and increasing profitability, promoting innovation in the food industry," said investor Borys Shestopalov.

The first phase of construction of the agri-food park includes the development of engineering networks, roads, and landscaping on the territory of the park. It is planned to build a business center for residents, a Light Industry Box for small food companies, and a logistics center.

The agri-food park is planned to be built on an area of 35.7 hectares, taking into account the principles of sustainable development, in accordance with UNIDO recommendations.

There are already four industrial parks in Vinnytsia, and according to the city council, they do not compete with each other but complement each other.

The project developers promise that the infrastructure and service capabilities of Volia Agri-Food Park Vinnytsia will create an environment for the entire project creation chain - from idea to sale of the finished product, including research and innovation, recipe development, testing, production, logistics, certification and sales, as well as export potential development.
