Ukraine has started exporting its grain through Croatian ports, opening a new trade route for the country. Ukraine's First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Yulia Svyrydenko, expressed her readiness to develop this transport corridor and expand export opportunities.

During a meeting with Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic, Svyrydenko noted that Ukrainian grain is already entering the world market through Croatian ports. This new trade route is becoming increasingly popular despite its small size.

"We are ready to develop this route and expand the capabilities of the transportation corridor. We believe that this logistics route will play an important role in bilateral trade between our countries, even after the end of the conflict," Svyrydenko said.

The parties also discussed the importance of jointly resolving the issue of export restrictions for Ukrainian exports.

In addition, the parties expressed interest in accelerating the localization of demining equipment production and preparing for the international conference on demining scheduled for October in Zagreb.

Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic also offered to help Ukraine investigate war crimes, as Croatia has experience in this area. The idea is to share Croatia's experience and expertise in establishing special prosecutors and special police to investigate crimes committed during the war.
