Ukrzaliznytsia pleases travelers by extending the running time of the new train #119/120 connecting the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv, and the city of Helm. This new line was launched on September 3 and has already become very popular among passengers, becoming the third train on this route.

This was reported by the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia.

This train is another convenient alternative for traveling between Kyiv and Warsaw, allowing residents of Rivne and Volyn to make a one-day rail trip to the Polish capital.

One of the main advantages of this train is the convenience of changing trains in Chełm, where passengers can easily transfer between trains, as all transfers take place on the same platform. This greatly simplifies the traveling process, as passengers do not have to wander around the station and carry their luggage for a considerable distance.

The train schedule is also very convenient. It departs from Kyiv at 06:28, from Rivne at 11:27, from Kovel at 13:31, and arrives in Chełm at 17:27. After arriving in Chełm, passengers can easily transfer to the Polish train IC21100, which departs for Warsaw at 18:12 and arrives there at 21:02.

It is also important to note that the trip back from Chełm is also very convenient. The train departs at 10:23 and passengers can transfer to the train IC12100, which departs from Warsaw at 06:05 and arrives in Chełm at 08:42, and then go back to Kyiv, where it arrives at 22:45.

Tickets for this train can be purchased at no extra charge through the Ukrzaliznytsia app, which makes traveling even more convenient for passengers.

It is important to note that due to repair works on the Polish railways, trains #89/90 Kyiv - Przemyśl and #73/74 Kharkiv - Przemyśl will be canceled from September 7 to October 6. Therefore, the train 119/120 Kyiv - Chełm becomes an even more relevant option for passengers planning a trip in this direction.
