Airlines suspend flights to Israel due to the conflict with Hamas

The current situation in Israel with the emergence of a conflict with armed groups, in particular Hamas, has had a significant impact on air transportation. A number of airlines operating flights to Israel have decided to suspend or cancel their flights to ensure the safety of passengers and crews.

Among the American airlines that have already suspended flights to Israel are American Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Airlines. This happened after the U.S. State Department issued a travel warning to the country.

European airlines have also made similar decisions. Air France announced the suspension of flights to Tel Aviv "until further notice". Wizz Air and British easyJet also canceled their flights to Israel. Virgin Atlantic canceled flights from London Heathrow for Tuesday and Wednesday.

Despite this, British Airways plans to continue its scheduled flights, but with a changed departure schedule. The Dutch company KLM has canceled flights for Tuesday and Wednesday.

The airlines' decision was made to ensure passenger safety and avoid risks during active hostilities in the region. At the same time, British Airways is currently continuing its scheduled flights with changed departure times, and KLM has canceled its flights for a certain period.

Due to the difficult situation in the region, the airlines prioritize the safety of passengers and employees, and plan to resume regular flights as soon as the situation stabilizes.
