Transcarpathian berry growers introduce innovative technology for growing blueberries

Green Farm, a Ukrainian farm located in the village of Tarnivtsi, Uzhhorod district, specializing in blueberry cultivation, plans to significantly expand its organic blueberry plantations and introduce a new cultivation technology. The company announced this in an official announcement on its Facebook page.

According to the new technology, farmers plan to harvest the first berry crop in 2025.

"We are already doubling the area of our plantations and introducing a new method of ripening blueberries in pots. All this is to ensure that in 2025 we can delight our customers with the most delicious early harvest," the statement said.

Representatives of the berry farm promise to enjoy the voluminous berries of the early Duke variety next year. In addition, they emphasize that the seedlings and technology were imported from certified centers in the European Union.
