Reopening: Dnipro metro station in Kyiv is back in operation

08 мар, 09:30

Starting March 8, Kyiv residents will be able to use the Dnipro metro station on the red line of the Kyiv Metro as usual. This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration.

The Dnipro station has not received passengers since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. However, after consultations with the military and law enforcement, the city authorities decided to resume the station's operation as usual.

The station will be open from 05:41 to 22:36, which will provide convenient access to transportation for passengers at different times of the day.

It is important to note that Dnipro metro station is a ground station, so in the event of an air raid, it will be closed for passenger transportation for safety reasons.

This decision will improve mobility and provide convenient and safe transportation for Kyiv residents, including those who use this station as part of their daily commute.

The reopening of Dnipro station is an important step in ensuring the normal functioning of the city and maintaining comfort for its residents in difficult conditions.
