The Ukrainian energy system received a new batch of aid within the framework of the Ukrainian-German energy partnership, which was implemented under the coordination of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.

This is reported by the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine. As part of this assistance, three large-sized power transformers with a capacity of 40,000 kVA each, designed to power distribution network nodes, as well as 16 units of special equipment, were delivered to Ukraine.

"Russia continues to purposefully destroy our energy infrastructure, shelling energy facilities throughout the country. Thanks to the equipment provided by our German partners, we will be able to restore the damaged faster. We express our gratitude to Germany for this support and our constant effective cooperation," - noted the Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Galushchenko.

According to the Ministry of Energy, part of the transferred equipment has already arrived in Ukraine. In particular, the fleet of JSC "Kharkivoblenergo" was replenished with four Mercedec-Benz Arocs trucks with a manipulator crane.

Two more machines were received by the energy workers of JSC "Mykolayivoblenergo", and one by specialists of JSC "Ternopiloblenergo". Soon, nine cars will be handed over to the energy companies of Cherkasy, Khmelnytskyi and Zaporizhzhia regions. Additional units of special equipment will also arrive in the Kharkiv and Mykolaiv regions.

"The received cars are necessary for the prompt execution of emergency and major repairs in the electrical networks of Oblenergo," the department noted.

Other equipment, in particular, transformers, is currently at the stage of delivery to Ukraine.
