The most popular used cars from abroad among Ukrainians in June

In June of this year, the Ukrainian fleet was replenished with 18,600 used passenger cars that were imported from abroad. Volkswagen Golf remains the leader in the number of registrations among imported second-hand cars, reports "Ukravtoprom".

According to analysts, compared to June last year, the number of used car registrations increased by 7%. However, compared to the previous month, this indicator decreased by almost 4%.

Regarding the type of fuel, the largest share in this market segment belonged to gasoline cars, which is 49%. Next in terms of distribution are diesel cars with a share of 22%, electric cars - 18%, cars with gas cylinder equipment (HBO) - 6% and hybrids - 5%.

It is noted that the average age of used cars that received Ukrainian license plates in June is 8.8 years. This indicates that Ukrainians will mainly buy used cars that have a significant mileage and, accordingly, are no longer new.
