The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the resolution "On approval of the Procedure for approval of minimum permissible export prices for certain types of goods", which establishes new rules for regulating export prices for a number of goods, in particular agricultural products. The document was developed by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and is intended to ensure more effective regulation of foreign economic transactions.

According to the resolution, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy will determine the minimum allowable export prices based on international commercial standards and delivery conditions. This applies to goods classified under UCT codes of the ZED, such as honey, nuts, wheat, rye, barley, corn, soybeans, rape and sunflower seeds, as well as oils and cakes.

Minimum export prices will be set in US dollars per kilogram and must be approved by the 10th of each month. If this day falls on a weekend, prices will be approved on the next working day. The corresponding prices will be published on the official website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and will come into force the day after publication.

According to the new rules, the export of goods at prices lower than those approved will be prohibited. This decision aims to minimize abuse in foreign economic transactions, regulate the country's balance of payments and increase tax revenues to the state budget.

The resolution enters into force 10 days after its official publication, which will allow enterprises and exporters to prepare for the new requirements. The introduction of these rules will promote stability in the market of export goods and provide greater transparency in Ukraine's foreign economic activity.
