The eOsel program surpassed the mortgage market in 2021

The state support program for affordable housing "eOsel" shows significant results even in the conditions of a full-scale war. In two years of its work, it has already exceeded the indicators of the mortgage market of Ukraine in 2021, as reported by the chairman of the board of PrJSC "Ukrfinzhitlo" Yevhen Metzger.

According to his words, to date more than 14 thousand families have used the "eOsel" program, and the amount of loans issued is approaching 23 billion hryvnias. During the existence of the program, more than 8.5 thousand children were provided with housing, and the total area of ​​the loaned objects is 848 thousand square meters. These indicators testify to the serious impact of the program on the housing situation in the country.

Yevhen Metzger emphasized that "Ukrfinzhitlo" does not consider the "eOsel" program only as a social project. According to him, this is an important tool for the reconstruction of Ukraine, which has a large multiplier effect for the country's economy. The program helps stimulate the development of the construction industry and motivates Ukrainians to return to their native country to build their future.

In addition, Metzger noted that "Ukrfinzhitlo" plans to attract resources for the development of the program not only within the national market, but also at the international level. This will make it possible to expand financing and provide even more Ukrainians with housing in the future.

According to the chairman of the board, the "eOselya" program has ambitious plans for 2025, focusing on attracting new investors and expanding lending to the population. This will make affordable housing even more affordable for Ukrainians, even in the difficult conditions of war.
