In November 2024, Ukrainians received a cashback of 232 million hryvnias from the state for the purchase of Ukrainian-made goods. This amount is almost twice as much as in October. The average payment per person increased from 97 to 116 hryvnias. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

The National Cashback program has shown increasing popularity among citizens, the number of participants in November increased by 800 thousand. The most active users remain Ukrainians under the age of 45, who make up 60% of the total number of participants. 24% of participants are middle-aged people, and 16% are over 60.

However, not everyone who was entitled to cashback took advantage of this opportunity. Almost 700 thousand citizens did not receive payments because they did not activate their cashback cards in the “Diya” application or did not accumulate at least 2 hryvnias to receive a payment. At the moment, the amount of unpaid cashback is 48 million hryvnias, which remain in the accounts of these users.

Cashback payments for December 2024 and January 2025 will be made at the end of February 2025, which is due to the peculiarities of the budget process. This will allow for the completion of financing and the implementation of all necessary procedures for payments.

As of December 25, 2024, 7.9 million citizens had joined the “National Cashback” program. Of this number, 4.2 million people activated their cards in the “Diya” application to receive cashback. This indicates a high level of participation of Ukrainians in the program and their desire to support the domestic manufacturer.

The program covers 1,665 Ukrainian manufacturers, and cashback is available for 360,000 domestically produced goods. This allows stimulating demand for Ukrainian goods and supporting national producers, which is an important factor for the country's economic development in the face of global challenges.
