Ukraine welcomes the initiative of the Turkish company Baykar to create a drone production plant on its territory. According to Baykar CEO Haluk Bayraktar, future employees are currently undergoing training in Turkey before launching production.

One of the key stages of training is training students from the Kyiv Aviation Institute and other specialized specialists. The first group is currently actively working at Baykar, which is designed for a program lasting at least nine months. During this time, new groups of participants are also planned to arrive.

"We are not only training specialists for the future plant, but have already ordered the necessary equipment and machinery for its arrangement in Ukraine," Haluk Bayraktar noted.

According to the CEO, the company is actively moving forward and is ready to quickly launch production. He expressed hope for a favorable development of events and stable conditions for the start of work.

"Our goal is to start production of drones as soon as possible after launch. We are ready for this and are approaching an important moment," he added.

The location of the Baykar plant in Ukraine opens up new opportunities for cooperation in the field of high technologies and contributes to the growth of the country's industrial potential. The company's initiative is perceived as an important step in the development of aviation production in Ukraine, which has the potential to create new jobs and increase economic growth.
