A modern grain and legume processing plant has been put into operation in the Poltava region

A modern grain and legume processing plant, Yednist’ Food, has been put into operation in the Myrhorod district of the Poltava region, which is part of the Yednist’ Group production complex. The enterprise’s production capacity allows it to process up to 120 tons of raw materials per day, making it one of the largest in the region.

Technological equipment and unique capabilities

The enterprise has installed equipment from the Ukrainian manufacturer Olis, which ensures high quality of the final product. In particular, the plant is equipped with a new generation photoseparator, which allows for careful selection of raw materials and elimination of even the smallest defects and impurities.

In addition, the production lines include peeling and grinding machines and pea splitters, which significantly increases the efficiency of product processing and its compliance with international standards.

What products does the plant produce?

The main direction of Yednist’ Food’s work is the processing of grain and legume crops. The plant specializes in the production of:
- yellow split peas;
- corn grits;
- corn flour.

The production capacity allows for the daily production of:
- up to 66 tons of corn grits;
- up to 18 tons of corn flour;
- up to 96 tons of peas.

Certification and compliance with international standards

The plant operates in accordance with modern food safety standards. Production is certified according to international standards ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, which guarantees quality control at all stages of processing.

Export prospects

The company has ambitious plans for the international market. About 65% of the products produced will be exported to the European Union and the Middle East. This opens up new opportunities for expanding production and strengthening the positions of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises in the world market.
