Sales, within the framework of which sublease rights to state-owned agricultural land plots were sold. According to experts, this result creates a tangible economic effect for the state and emphasizes the competitiveness of the agricultural sublease market. All proceeds, in accordance with the legislation, will be directed to the development of the state land fund.
The State Land Bank regularly holds such auctions, creating open and transparent conditions for farmers who are looking for new opportunities for business development. The institution calls on farmers and agricultural enterprises to participate more actively in the bidding, emphasizing the favorable conditions and the growing value of state land as a resource.
These auctions not only contribute to the efficient use of state lands, but also form a civilized rental market in Ukraine. In the context of growing interest in the agricultural sector from investors, participation in auctions is becoming increasingly important for the farming community.
