The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine has approved the distribution of compensation for September applications within the framework of the program to support domestic equipment and energy equipment. In September 2025, 27 entrepreneurs will receive UAH 8.2 million, having purchased 53 units of Ukrainian equipment for a total amount of UAH 65.9 million, the press service of the Ministry of Economy reports.

Among the equipment that is partially compensated by the state are buses, passenger elevators, semi-trailer tanks, container trucks for fertilizers, excavators-loaders and other modern models of Ukrainian production. As Deputy Minister Andriy Telyupa noted, September became the most active month during the program: the number of entrepreneurs who took advantage of the compensation doubled compared to the average of previous months.

The equipment for which the state partially compensates the cost is manufactured by 11 Ukrainian enterprises, including: Karat-Liftkomplekt, Euroformat Plant, TDS Ukrspetstekhnika, Kobzarenko Plant, Zmiiv-Trans, Elvorti, Ukrelektroaparat, Inteldim, Cherkasy Bus and others. This emphasizes the importance of the program for the development of local engineering and the energy sector.

In October, the government expanded the list of equipment for the fifth time, including new names and manufacturers. Currently, the program includes 868 items from 39 Ukrainian engineering enterprises, for the purchase of which the state partially compensates 15% of the cost excluding VAT.

The program has been in effect since September 2024 as part of the state initiative "Made in Ukraine". It covers equipment manufactured in Ukraine with a degree of localization of at least 40%. The list of equipment eligible for compensation is available on the website of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture.

To participate in the program, the manufacturer must check the compliance of the products with the list of equipment, submit an electronic application along with documents confirming the degree of localization, cost calculation, calculation of the share of labor costs and financial statements for the four previous quarters. After the verification, the Ministry includes the products in the official list for participation in the program.

Thus, the September results demonstrate the growing activity of Ukrainian entrepreneurs in the field of modernization of production, and the expansion of the list of equipment and manufacturers indicates the state's desire to support national business and stimulate domestic production.
