Over 12.6 million Ukrainians took part in the Winter eSupport program, submitting applications for assistance in the amount of 1,000 hryvnias. According to data provided by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, to date, more than 11 million citizens have received financial support.
The program, initiated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, shows high efficiency in the implementation of social projects. The government continues to actively improve the infrastructure through which assistance is delivered to the population.
For many Ukrainians, these payments have become significant support during the difficult winter period. Given the positive experience of implementing the program, the authorities plan to expand social initiatives aimed at making citizens' lives easier.
According to the Prime Minister, the government is focusing on optimizing the processes related to the provision of social benefits. This includes improving the technical base and accelerating the procedures for processing applications.
The next stages of the program implementation provide for a further increase in the number of beneficiaries, in particular by expanding the criteria for access to social benefits.
The Government of Ukraine plans to continue supporting the Winter eSupport program as one of the key social policy instruments aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens in difficult economic times.
