On April 15, 2025, on World Art Day, the National Bank of Ukraine celebrated the work of the outstanding Ukrainian artist and fashion designer Lyubov Panchenko by presenting the commemorative coin "The World of Couture Art. Lyubov Panchenko". This initiative was a testament to the recognition of the artist's contribution to the development of Ukrainian culture and art.

The commemorative coin has a face value of 10 hryvnias and is made of 925 silver, weighing 31.1 grams and a diameter of 38.6 mm. It is issued in the "special uncirculated" format, with cut inscriptions on the band containing information about the metal, its sample and the logo of the Banknote and Mint.

The obverse of the coin depicts a stylized portrait of Lyubov Panchenko, surrounded by motifs from her famous work "Buchanska Vesna". The composition also includes the small State Emblem of Ukraine, the year of minting 2025, the inscription "Ukraine", the denomination of 10 hryvnias and the graphic symbol of the hryvnia, symbolizing the artist's connection with her native country.

The reverse of the coin illustrates a fragment of "Buchanska Vesna", made by pad printing, which is combined with a portrait of the artist. This visual composition embodies the beauty and indomitability of spirit, reflecting the uniqueness of Lyubov Panchenko's artistic work, which has always inspired and impressed with her creative approach.

The author of the obverse design was the artist Andriy Sagach, and the sculptor is Volodymyr Demyanenko. The commemorative coin was put into circulation on April 15, 2025, with a total circulation of up to 10,000 pieces.

From now on, starting from April 16, the coin can be purchased at the NBU's online store of numismatic products and at well-known distributor banks, a list of which is available on the official website of the National Bank of Ukraine. Information about the start of sales will be published on the relevant resources so that everyone can join in honoring the creative work of Lyubov Panchenko through a unique commemorative coin.
