The occupied territory of the Kherson region has become a place of active activity for the Russian occupiers, who are trying to export the harvested grain from Ukrainian fields through the ports of Crimea. It is speculated that this looted grain is then transported to African markets.

The Center of National Resistance information portal has reported that the occupiers are using the infrastructure of Crimean ports to export stolen grain from Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.

In addition, Russian troops are using Mariupol to export this grain, bringing it in a van to the city and then sending it to Novoazovsk and Rostov-on-Don.

According to the insurgents, the exported grain is purchased at low prices in the occupied territories, sometimes it is taken from farmers for almost free, which causes significant financial losses for producers.

It should be noted that after the Russian Federation withdrew from the grain deal, Russia offered free grain to some African countries. However, these countries refused the offer, emphasizing that the grain was stolen from the territory of Ukraine.

The European Union has also noted that Russia is trying to offer cheap grain to developing countries in order to create new economic dependencies, which increases their economic vulnerability and global food insecurity.
