The program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" continues to support entrepreneurs in difficult conditions. Last week, according to the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, banks issued 431 soft loans worth UAH 1.7 billion. This demonstrates that entrepreneurs are actively using this program.
During the period of martial law in Ukraine, which was declared in March 2022, 48,015 loans worth UAH 193 billion were issued under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% program. In particular, public sector banks issued 35,794 loans worth UAH 98 billion. These funds are provided to enterprises on preferential terms to help them maintain and develop their business.
The structure of the use of concessional loans shows the diversity of their use. In particular, UAH 14.83 billion was allocated for investment purposes, UAH 8.70 billion as anti-crisis loans, UAH 3.72 billion as refinancing of previous loans, UAH 36.72 billion to support agricultural producers, and UAH 57.58 billion for anti-war purposes.
The total number of loan agreements concluded under the program reached 82,837 for a total of UAH 282.6 billion. These figures show that entrepreneurs are actively using the opportunities of this program to obtain the necessary financial resources.
The "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" program is an important tool to support the economy and business in the context of the military conflict. It promotes the development of enterprises, providing them with financial stability and helping to preserve jobs in times of uncertainty.
