On April 18, another land auction was held in the electronic system *Prozorro.Sales*, which provided a significant economic result. During this day, 11 auctions were held to transfer land plots for sublease. The total amount of the expected economic effect amounted to 1.6 million hryvnias excluding value added tax. Including VAT, this amount increases to 1.9 million hryvnias.

The press service of the state enterprise "Land Bank", which acts as the organizer of such auctions, reported on the achievement. This result confirms the effectiveness of open electronic bidding in the field of land relations, which increasingly demonstrate transparency and competitiveness.

The land plots that were put up for auction are located in four regions of Ukraine: Sumy, Kharkiv, Zhytomyr and Zakarpattia. The total area of ​​the subleased plots is 108.37 hectares. This allows us to speak not only about the financial effect, but also about a significant area of ​​land that will begin to be effectively used under the new conditions.

During the auctions, participants submitted 34 price offers, which indicates active competition between potential tenants. The initial total cost of all lots was only 287,345 hryvnias, but as a result of the bidding, this amount increased 5.7 times, which is an indicator of high demand.

The average cost of one hectare of land according to the results of the bidding was 15,250 hryvnias. This confirms that even at the start with a low price, well-organized auctions allow achieving a fair market valuation.

The most profitable lot was a land plot in the Kharkiv region with an area of ​​49.66 hectares. Five participants competed for it, and the starting price increased six times. In the end, the winner offered 794,566 hryvnias — about 16,000 hryvnias per hectare. This result was the highest figure of the day, demonstrating significant business interest in leasing agricultural land.
