In the first quarter of 2025, the state-owned company JSC "NNEGC "Energoatom" significantly increased its tax payments to the state budget. During the reporting period, the company paid UAH 12.6 billion in taxes, mandatory payments and a single social contribution, which is UAH 5.7 billion more than in the first quarter of 2024.

This was reported by the company's press service, emphasizing the systematic fulfillment of financial obligations to the state and society. Energoatom emphasizes that despite the difficult economic situation in the country, the company remains a reliable source of tax revenues.

According to company representatives, the significant increase in tax payments was made possible due to the stable operation of nuclear power plants, effective financial management and increased income from the sale of electricity. This also indicates the strengthening of Energoatom's role as one of the largest state taxpayers.

The company once again confirmed its key role in ensuring Ukraine's energy independence. In the conditions of a full-scale war and energy challenges, Energoatom not only guarantees uninterrupted power supply, but also takes an active part in the financial support of the state sector.

In addition, Energoatom acts as a stabilizing factor for the economy, demonstrating positive dynamics even in times of crisis. The company consistently increases contributions to the budget, which allows the government to implement social programs, maintain defense capabilities and restore infrastructure.

The indicators of the first quarter of 2025 confirm that the company is not only successfully operating, but also confidently increasing its financial results, maintaining its leading position among state-owned enterprises in Ukraine.
