The Asset Investigation and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced the sale of seven trucks arrested in criminal proceedings. These vehicles were used for illegal importation of goods into the customs territory of Ukraine from Belarus.
According to the ARMA press service, the brands of Scania, Volvo, MAN and Mercedes-Benz were handed over to the agency by the decision of the investigating judge of the Kyiv District Court of Odessa. This was made possible by coordination between the Odessa Regional Prosecutor's Office and the Southern Interregional Territorial Directorate of the ARMA. Representatives of the agency participated in litigation, which allowed to provide the transfer of these assets for further implementation.
ARMA workers have already inspected vehicles, and the process of selling them has now begun. The first stage was the announcement of a competition for the choice of bidding organizer, which guarantees transparency and effectiveness of the procedure.
