Since the beginning of 2024, Ukrainian businesses have received 24,068 preferential loans for a total of UAH 90.5 billion under the program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%. This tool to support entrepreneurs continues to promote the development of small and medium-sized businesses, despite the challenges of wartime.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Economy, since the beginning of the program's implementation in February 2020, entrepreneurs have received 103,100 loans for a total of UAH 357.4 billion. Thus, "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" have become one of the key mechanisms for financial support for business, which contributes to job creation and strengthening the country's economy.
In the last week alone, Ukrainian entrepreneurs have issued 512 new loans for a total of UAH 2.1 billion. This indicates a stable demand for the program, which continues to operate even in difficult wartime conditions.
By areas of use of loan funds, the largest amount of financing was directed to processing (22.4 billion UAH), replenishment of working capital (22 billion UAH) and implementation of projects in high war risk zones (21.2 billion UAH). In addition, 19 billion UAH were directed to investment loans, which stimulates the development of infrastructure and modernization of production.
The program is most attractive to enterprises in the fields of agriculture, processing industry, wholesale and retail trade. Among the regions, the leaders in terms of the volume of concluded loan agreements are Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Poltava regions and the city of Kyiv.

Thanks to the program, entrepreneurs gain access to financing on favorable terms, allowing them to continue their activities, adapt to new challenges, and contribute to the reconstruction of the Ukrainian economy.
