Naftogaz, the national gas supply company, has announced that it has no plans to raise gas tariffs for households over the coming winter. This was reported by the company's press service.
According to the announcement, the company is extending the Fixed tariff plan until May 1, 2024. This plan provides for a stable gas price of UAH 7.96 per cubic meter (including VAT).
This decision should help ensure stability and protect the interests of the population. Thanks to the fixed tariff, people will be able to count on constant and predictable gas costs, which is important, especially during the winter period.
Naftogaz also noted that they continue to work on improving their operations and providing quality customer service. The company intends to introduce new technologies and modernize the existing infrastructure to ensure reliable gas supplies to all regions of the country.
This news is good news for Ukrainian citizens, especially given the upward trend in energy prices in recent years. Ensuring stable gas tariffs will help to reduce the financial burden on the population and preserve family budgets.
Ukrainian consumers have the right to count on the continuation of this supportive policy, which will contribute to stability and social well-being. Naftogaz continues to fulfill its obligations to the population and take steps to ensure affordable gas tariffs.
Increasing utility tariffs, including gas tariffs, can be a heavy burden for citizens, so ensuring stable and transparent prices is an important aspect of ensuring social comfort and increasing consumer confidence in energy companies.
