The eHouse program plans to provide an opportunity to purchase housing for 10,000 Ukrainians by the end of 2023. This figure is set in the financial plan of Ukrfinzhytl, the company's press service reports.
According to the data, almost half a thousand families used the eHouse subprogram in June, with the total amount of loans issued exceeding UAH 722 million.
"June was a record month for the eHouse program - the largest number of families received affordable loans for their own housing since the program was launched. We expect even better results in July," said Yevhen Metzger, Chairman of the Board of Ukrfinzhytel.
According to him, there are still 5-6 thousand loan agreements to be finalized, and the relevant work is underway to reach the target of 10 thousand.
The eOselya affordable lending program was launched in October 2022 to provide mortgages at 3% per annum for military and law enforcement personnel, doctors, educators, and scientists.
Since December, eOselya has been available in the Diia app, where you can submit an application and data from 11 registries are automatically integrated.
In addition, as of August 1 this year, all citizens of Ukraine will be able to use the program. However, the interest rate for them will be 7% per annum.
To obtain a mortgage loan, you must meet the following criteria: be a citizen of Ukraine aged 18 to 70, have financial solvency, not own your own home or own real estate with an area of less than 52.5 square meters (an additional 21 square meters for each subsequent family member) or located in a combat zone or temporarily occupied territory, not be under sanctions and not participate in similar government programs.
The loan term is up to 20 years, and the down payment must be at least 20% of the cost of the housing.
