The Ukrainian government has included another industrial park in the register - the Sygnivka Industrial Park in Lviv. The project was initiated by the Lviv City Council. This information was confirmed by the city council and the Ministry of Economy.
Sygnivka Industrial Park will be the first municipal industrial park in Lviv. According to the concept, the park will cover an area of more than 30 hectares and will house light and food industries, machine building, and printing.
The park will also specialize in the production of furniture, medical devices, packaging and construction materials. "Aerospace and military equipment companies are expected to be the highlight of the park. In addition, the industrial park will have a community center with a science and technology center and a business incubator for startup projects.
It is planned that investments in the construction of the park, attracted by the management company, will total more than UAH 5 billion. The park is expected to create an additional 3,600 jobs for the city. In September, the tender committee selected the management company, Formatsiya Sygnivka LLC, a subsidiary of Ukrainian developer Alterra Group.
