Ukrzaliznytsia has successfully completed four trips using women's compartments. This initiative received a positive response in all cities where the launch stops took place, including Kharkiv, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Kyiv, Uzhhorod, Yasinia, and Truskavets.

The press service of Ukrzaliznytsia reported that all the trips went smoothly, and no cases of "intrusions" or provocations were recorded.

The company explained that several times tickets to women's compartments were sold to men by mistake, but this problem has already been resolved, and passengers are being seated in separate compartments.

Ukrzaliznytsia also reminded that the price of tickets for cars with women's compartments remains unchanged, and the service in these compartments does not differ from the usual ones.

The company said that it has begun to resume patrolling on trains, and these flights are under special control. Therefore, passengers are urged not to be surprised by Railways Security employees on trains.

Tickets for women's compartments can be purchased exclusively through the Ukrzaliznytsia mobile application.

As a reminder, Ukrzaliznytsia announced the idea of introducing women's compartments on May 23.

On June 12, Ukrzaliznytsia launched the sale of tickets to women's compartments in a pilot mode on four routes: Kharkiv - Lviv, Dnipro - Truskavets, Kyiv - Uzhhorod, and Kyiv - Kryvyi Rih.
